9:30 walk through of BMPs for river bank repairs.

Site inspection and SWPPP binder review completed with McMillen project team, RP on permit Olivia W. coordinated conference/inspection.

Superintendant on site is Ralph Behrens. Multiple river bank repair sites between ESP and Veteran's Mem. Parkway (VMP).

BMPs include:
-Heavy duty rock construction entrances installed at both access points (Esther Simplot Park (ESP) and Stilson off VMP)
- Sediment control wattles and silt fence installed properly at low points and sensitive boundaries of each repair zone.
- Site to be inspected daily by onsite crew and also frequently by office staff.
- Stockpile areas and construction access routes have been designated to prevent excess disturbance or increase potential risk of sediment runoff from stockpiles during rain events.
- Permit signage posted at each end of project. SWPPP info located at entrance in ESP.

- significant earthwork to begin next week. Follow up inspection scheduled.

Approved for construction, BMPs approved.

Erosion and sediment controls installed are working well. No new erosion rills or evidence of sediment runoff from slopes and graded parcels. 1 SFH in progress. No violations observed. RP Clayton on-site.

Two corrections needed before next inspection:
- new concrete washout facility (existing is full)
- repair wattle next to CC Golf Course golf cart path. Watch out for any increase in rills on this slope.

WIP, previously approved for construction. Foundations poured, concrete washout utilized. ESC permit signs posted around perimeter of Idaho Street townhomes project. No trackout or discharges

First phase of project covered under this permit is complete. New grading and building permits have been issued, ESC covered under ESC17-01132. Beniton is operator and same RP Chase is on duty.

Idaho Street townhome project is back in progress. 6 townhomes on east side of block now have active permits. Foundations have been poured, concrete wahout pit has been utilized. Permit signs posted around perimeter. No trackout or discharges.
