The ECBs are providing adequate soil stabilization. Vegetation has begun to establish over much of the hillsides throughout the subdivision. The scour area on 8th street extension has been stabilized with ECBs there is some sediment deposited on the top of the ECBs.
Corrections: The Highlands Cover Rd. entrance needs to be sweep, the construction entrance needs maintenance, the DI bags need maintenance.
