	Multiple violations: - overflowing trash - uncontained/cleaned up stucco washout causing runoff to have high pH - dirt on sidewalk and gutter. - gatorguards at bottom corner of lot need to be scooped out. - finish securing/improving and extending the roof top water conveyance to the street. Erosion occuring in between tarp lining and gatorguard. Multiple requests have been issued. This site has not passed an ESC inspection since February. NOV and fines issued.

Need to remove or cover all materials. Clean up staging area. Install inlet protection. Clean up mud and sand in gutter. Suck up water pooling in gutter and place in containment for evaporation or disposal.
