Inspected stormwater pond for sediment plumes. Stormwater pond is not discharging into five mile creek therefore no turbidity testing is required.
Inspected the rock check dams preventing flow into the adjacent parking lots. One needs maintenance which is logged in the SWPPP inspection report.
Inspected DI bags around site to check for clogging. The DI bags have been recently replaced.
A new rip rap drainage swale has been installed to collect and slow water entering the natural drainage area to the south of the site. This area has been tracked incorrectly and will need to be retracked/smoothed and potentially revegetated. Controls along the drainage area are in place to slow water and prevent sediment from entering the vegetation and potentially reaching five mile creek during an extreme event.
Continue preforming maintenance noted in the inspections notes from the weekly inspections.
ESC permit fee still need to be paid. E-mailed RP asking for update in payment status or reason for the delay.
No outstanding corrections.
