Partial final inspection for fire sprinklers complete, all escutcheons are placed with no gaps, permit addressing has been corrected. Could not complete inspection due to fire alarm contractor not requesting an inspection. Remaining items to inspect will be all fire alarm associated itmes with the fire sprinkler system. Per conversation with Ron Johnson, FDC bell will remain in current location.

Partial final inspection complete for life fire safety. Per conversation with Ron Johnson a 45 day TCO is autorized for life fire safety. Remaining items to inspect before life fire safety can be finaled are: Sigange by the exterior of the building on least one stairwell stating roof top access, finish fire proof wrapping of non essential items for fire pump in fire pump room, closer springs on stairwell gates preventing people from going to the basement in an emergency need to be tensioned or replaced with no exit signage placed on mentioned gates, provide fire alarm notification in sound booth as discussed as well as network the fire alarm control panels together from main site to new building as discussed (network requirement verified with Lee Meridith, fire alarm plan reviewer).

Under a previous tenant notes (BLD17-01333) it was noted that some overhead doors did not have fire sprinkler protection under the roll up type doors which is required by NFPA13. The heads were added but no permit was issued. A permit needs to be issued, inspected and passed before life fire safety inspection for this permit can be completed. Reference notes under BLD17-01333 for defecincies that were noted on 7/12/2017 and 4/19/2018.
