River Heights strcuture is compete. Painting crews and electricians are on site. No trackout from construction entrances. Greenbelt vegetation, silt fencing, and construction fencing have remained installed/undisturbed for length of project. No fugitive dust issues. Checked MS4 discharge point in Boise River for the Lusk area and there was no flow or issues occuring.

Building shell for the Vista West apartment complex is complete and exterior painting, interior work, sidewalks and curbing, and irrigation are in progress. Streets are free of significant amounts of dirt and no muddy trackout. No washout or liquid spills observed on site or in proximity of MS4 DIs, which have sediment filter bags installed.
