WIP on exterior siding. All lanes around the block of Myrtle, 5th and Broad are closed and site work including new stormwater system is being installed. No trackout or fugitive dust observed. Concrete washout pans located on site. No corrections requested.

Correction requests from previous inspection have not been completed. The corrections below are specific to the Skylark lower lot.
Corrections remaining:
1. Repair or re-install section of silt fence below the wooden fence that is damaged.
2. Provide a clearly marked designated concrete washout pit.
3. Need to empty full trash container.
4. Sweep up loose dirt in culdesac in front of site.
5. Remove mud pile left in downhill neighbors driveway.

This is the 2nd correction request. If corrections are not complete will need to escalate with fines and/or SWO until all corrections can be made.
Note: corrections completed include some street street sweeping and removing an inlet bag to prevent accidental overflow.

Inspections notes from 6/1 (entered under 140 Skylark , see ESC16-00936
Reviewed damage and uncleaned areas around downhill neighbor's detached garage. There is evidence of damage to the slope area direcctly behind garage.
Section of silt fence is below the wooden fence needs re-installation. Low point of perimeter wattle along fence needs to be corrected to not channel water to this area.
Corrections needed:
- sweep gutter in front of projects
- empty over full trash containment
- provide concrete washout pit - currently just spraying down the slope
- set schedule for disturbed slope stabilization
- install wattle along stockpile in front of upper project as previously requested and agreed to.
