Inspection of new access road and entrance at Eyrie Way. Road is road mix and should prevent trackout. RP & developer agree to monitor trackout and prevent/clean up as necessary. Storm drain inlet on Eyrie Way has had sediment filter mat installed. Drainage routes and stormwater retention/sediment basins have been installed and shall be inspected & maintained.

ESC crew to work on drainage ditches on either side of the fire access portion of Arrow Villa. Addition of top soil to encourage vegetation growth, increase soil water retention, and to direct water to roadway/gutter to storm drain drop inlets.

No violations observed at time of inspection. No ESC corrections requested.

Crews onsite installing fence and VSI applying hydroseed in common areas. Subdivsion irrigation is already installed. No trackout, discharges, or fugitive dust observed approved.

Will check the west side revegetation at end of access road next inspection.
