Issued Notice of Violation to homeowner Ahmad Vakili, 02/06/18 Homeowner cooperative to start process to hire contractors to correct safety issues. Bids from contractor came in to expensive to justify repairs versus value of structure as per homeowner. Renters asked to move out.
08/06/18 Homeowner's brother Matt Vakili apears to be doing maintenance and possible occupying as residence.
