9/10/14 went by apartment 201 where there was a fire response to a c. o. alarm on the 9th of September. I found the water heater gas turned off, the primary combustion air filter was missing resulting in what seemed to be the secondary filter being blocked. I called the property management company, they were going to send the maintenance man to service the water heater, I talked to the maintenance man who seemed to be knowledgable about the service required on these water heaters, He said he would have the hot water on Wednesday night, Thursday morning the tenant called saying she hadn't seen the maintenance man and the water heater was not on. left a message for the maintenance man to call me. no response as of Friday morning.
