210.52(A)(2)- Family room area above 24" tall 8' wide cabinet shall be concidered wall space and shall have receptacles installed. Receptacles shall be located below 5'6".
250.148- Where NM is spliced in a metal box the equipment grounding conductors shall be connected to the box. Pancake boxes.
300.4- Where NM cable is run thru bored holes that do not maintain 1 1/4" from framing surface they shall be protected from damage. Master bath across from shower. and up front bed. marked with an X.
300.15- NM cable shall terminate in a box. Patio light not stuffed in box.
334.23- Where nm cable is run in attic within 7' of attic access they shall be protected from damage by guard strips. Garage.

Unable to talk much due to owner had a conference call shortly after arrival.
Changing wall to living room only and adding an island.
Discussed min receptacle spacing, required to be on small appliance circuit, if micro moves to island dedicated circuit would be needed. Pamphlet given. Owner works as an electrical estimator, seems competent to do work.

110.3- Recessed can covers shall be completely installed. Master hall back cover not tight to box, up theater looks like penched wire.
300.15- Powder bath fan not hooked up.
334.23- Guard strips shall be in place to protect all wiring within 7' of up stairs attic access.
334.30- Up bed NM shall be secured with in 12" of receptacle box. Saw plumber resting pipe on wiring to measure and cut pipe.
