210.8- If basement remains unfinished all receptacle outlets shall be GFCI protected. 210.11- Bathroom receptacle outlets shall be on a dedicated 20 amp that shall serve no others. Laundry circuit shall be 20 amp dedicated and shall serve no others. Kitchen circuits shall only serve kitchen areas.
