Discussed NEC 210.52 general receptacles- required on back of kitchen bar area where faces rooms noted, living, dining, entry, ect.
Discussed NEC 334.12- Uses not permitted for installing NM cable. NM cable shall not be installed in a damp or wet location. If NM cable becomes wet due to weather it shall be removed and replaced. Standing water found on level 2 of west building in several units. Will check often.
