Had an electrical inspection for change out of lighting fixtures and all devices. Electrical contractor stated wall work was being done due to damage caused by renters.
Had complaint by drive by neighbor stating interior walls were removed around kitchen area opening up floor plan. Some cabinetry new due to damage according to electrical contractor who also stated he went through every electrical connection in house trouble shooting flickering issue.

210.8(A)- All 15 and 20 amp 120 volt receptacle outlets installed in a garage shall have GFCI protection. Washer and garage door opener.
250.24(A)(5)- Grounded conductor shall not be connected to non-current carrying metal parts on load side of service disconnecting means. Remove main bonding jumper screw.
406.4(D)(4)- Receptacle replacements shall have AFCI protection.
Check MIS10-00364- Had complaint from a concerned neighbor of walls removed in kitchen area without a building permit of inspections. House finished and staged.

BCC 4-05-32- No code violation to be retained. Existing NM cables run through short pieces of PVC with ends open with exposed NM cable.
334.12- NM cable shall not be installed outdoors or tun in exterior conduits, wet or damp locations. NM cable shall not be installed where subject to physical damage, back patio, carport, inside of back door.
