210.8(B)(2)- All 120 volt to ground single phase receptacles 50 amp or less shall have GFCI protection. Disposals, counter receptacles, ansil receptacles, refrigerators, and ranges.
314.20- Boxes mounted in a combustible wall cover shall be flush or have extension rings installed. A114 Security and data rm.
314.25- All boxes shall have covers. Play rm above grid, cooler bell box.
404.9- House keeping 2 gang switch cover missing.
422.5(A)(2)- Drinking water coolers shall have GFCI protection. 2 needed.
No training shall take place in areas with violations. Approved for storage only.
As per Daryl Degrange ok to move in furniture.

Grounding electrodes in place at time of inspection are building steel and 2 ground rods. 250.50- All grounding electrodes as described in 250.52(A)(1) through (A)(7) that are present at building or structure served shall be bonded together to form the grounding electrode system. 250.52(A)(1)- A underground metal water pipe in contact with the earth 10' of more and electrically continuous.
250.68(C)(1)- Connection of a grounding electrode conductor to an interior metal water piping shall be with in 5' of point of entrance.
