Pre TCO walk thru-
- Fire pump replacement being installed due to manufacturing issues.
- Must complete panel schedules.
- Level 2 12"x12" junction has low volt cables not rated for other voltages present in box.
- Elevator yet to complete and inspect.
- Damp location rated receptacles and cover thru out parking garage.
- Exposed wiring for signs shall be terminated in boxes with covers.
- Commissioning report required for generator and lighting systems.
- Label all disconnecting means as to each purpose. 2 located level 6 to 7 on stair tower.
- Ticket stations not in as of 2/24/2020 4pm.
- Stairways have not officially been inspected but appear to have all lighting complete.
