Discussed LED rope or tape lighting to penatrate ceiling to get to other side of bathroom would depend on manufacturers instructions if approved for such installation. Each bathroom receptacle is fed by dedicated circuits so could have LED lighting on with basin receptacle as per 210.11(C)(3).
