Level 1- Kitchen area incomplete, not tested, lobby area misc open wiring coffee bar, bar area not done, pool area and equipment not done, east HVAC not complete, west stair lighting not done, guest rooms not done, electrical room open boxes, gutters, labels incomplete. Lockout HVAC units in all rooms due to receptacle located behind cover screwed in place. Front landscape not complete, open wiring in misc conduits. Check elevator car lighting over current devices are 15 amp. Meeting room and corridor not tested. Confirm EPD devices for heat tape level 2 roof.
