BCC 4-05-15 It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in electrical work without first having a electrical journeymans license and be employed by an electrical licenced and permitted electrical contractor.
First and only warning, if any electrical wiring , conduit, or equipment is installed or removed without consulting electrical foreman of licensed and permitted electrical contractor a compliance inspector from the State of Idaho will be brought on site to discuss penalties and fines up to $1000 that may be assessed for each infraction. Rough in not ready
Discussed removing subfeed from house to garage due to equipment ground must be added and small conduit between. Metal underground water pipe from house to garage must be added to grounding electrode system. Up bath does not have a basin in stool room so dedicated circuit not required. If clothes rod present in closet then AFCI protection required upstairs.
Contractor believes he will pull sub feed to panel in garage from service mounted on garage eliminating most code issues.
