250.24(A)(1)- Grounding electrode conductor shall be connected to the grounded conductor at the service disconnecting means. At time of inspection bonding of neutral done in panel on load side of service disconnecting means. Grounded conductor shall not be connected to non-current carrying metal parts on load side of service disconnecting means as per 250.24(A)(5).
