314.25- All boxes shall have covers. Open junction box in ceiling against wall. Open switch box
330.30- MC shall be secured with in 12" of a box. Couple locations.

330.30- MN cable shall be secured with in 12" of a box.
Building permit noted some areas of grid being replaced. History of inspections show no grid inspection performed. Just in from front door looked up and noticed 2 open boxes and KO seals needed and unsecured MC cable.
Will need to meet contact on site with ladder to check areas above grid.
