Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by Aaron Alandt- furnace 2nd floor doesnt match man j model number need to resubmit with equipment installed or install right furnace- dryer vent exceeds 35 feet max length need to reroute 2nd floor- all registers need sealed on inside supply and r/a cans- 6" fresh air cant come from roof 2nd floor- bath #3 needs moved to location on man j theres a slider door being installed-condensate need ran not sure whats going on with them 2nd floor- range duct in garage is below joists- all ducts need sealed in basement registers and square duct all floors lots partially done- need 6" fresh air to downstairs furnace- need condesate ran to outide downstairs not sure where it will be going no floor sink to drain to, needs to be ran in 3/4 pvc- correction notice left front window
