1- flue test in garage failed at zero-
2- need to fix all rips and tear in arma flexboth units bare copper showing mulitple places and secure in wall in garage-
3- missing seal on range duct at exterior penetration
4- furnace in garage needs 6" OSA rsn per man j
5- fireplace needs permited and installed and gas line into appliance- no permit for this not sure whos doing
6- supply ducts to master, bedroom 3 and loft will be smashed by sheetrock and light fixtures installed under bonus room reroute individually
7- all boots need seal inside on return and supply
8- need access platforn to furnace in attic 24 inch wide and 30 inch working area in front of furnace in attic and unobstructed
9- need filter installed in return air furnace in attic or 6" OSA will need filtered
10- dryer duct needs nail plate back wall at ceiling and seal termination box to duct
11- flues need nail plates second floor and 1/4" per foot grade under bonus room in between joists has traps in it
