Garage door was open, but equipt was in the back of garage. Boise City ordinance does not allow entry to property unless someone is present. I requested that the contractor pull a permit on 12/14/18 while work was already in progress. Permit was not pulled until work was completed. I did verify UL listing of equipt. For future inspections, a Rough-In inspeciton is required prior to install.
