Idaho power is disconnecting power @ 9:00 am and we will have everything put back together by 11:00 am. I spoke with Tom Saunders earlier in the week and suggested we take care of the grounding first to show that is taken care of, if at all possible we would like to get you out there to inspect around 10:30 am so we can get Idaho Power back out to swing power before Noon.
