In wall splice done on conductors feeding sub panel in hallway outside bath. The splice is 600v shrink tube rated for indoor and outdoor use. Conductors are connected by irreversible crimps, and individually heat shrinked, then all heat shrinked as a whole.

There are 2 windows, 1 on each side of overhead mast. 230.9(A) Ex. states that conductors that are run above top of window shall be permitted to be less than 3ft. Both windows do not open in upward motion. They both open in like 2 doors. With windows open, you could reach conductors.
