For service to garage, 250.32 (B) Ungrounded Systems. The equipment of an ungrounded
separately derived system shall be grounded and bonded as
specified in 250.30(B)(1) through (B)(3).
(1) Grounding Electrode Conductor. A grounding electrode
conductor, sized in accordance with 250.66 for the
largest derived ungrounded conductor (s) or set of derived
ungrounded conductors, shall be used to connect the metal
enclosures of the derived system to the grounding electrode
as specified in 250.30(A)(5) or (6), as applicable. This connection
shall be made at any point on the separately derived
system from the source to the first system disconnecting
means. If the source is located outside the building or structure
supplied, a grounding electrode connection shall be
made in compliance with 250.30(C).

680.22 (3) Other Receptacles, Location. Other receptacles shall
be not less than 1.83 m (6 ft) from the inside walls of a
pool.
680.22. B (3) Existing Installations. Existing luminaires and lighting
outlets located less than 1.5 m (5 ft) measured horizontally
from the inside walls of a pool shall be not less than
1.5 m (5 ft) above the surface of the maximum water level,
shall be rigidly attached to the existing structure, and shall
be protected by a ground-fault circuit interrupter.
680.26 (7) Fixed Metal Parts. All fixed metal parts shall be bonded
including, but not limited to, metal-sheathed cables and raceways,
metal piping, metal awnings, metal fences, and metal
door and window frames
680.26(C) Pool Water. Where none of the bonded parts is in
direct connection with the pool water, the pool water shall
be in direct contact with an approved corrosion-resistant
conductive surface that exposes not less than 5800 mm2
(9 in.2) of surface area to the pool water at all times. The
conductive surface shall be located where it is not exposed
to physical damage or dislodgement during usual pool activities,
and it shall be bonded in accordance with
