blast test and balancing report have been completed
I told builder that for gas ranges hood/microwave has to be 30" minimum as per code unless appliance says in writing it may be less space in between.
he said he talked to building inspector and said its ok to be less than 30" that we all interpret that code wrong.
builder said if we fail inspection he will change gas range for electric
but i guess he does not believe me or the mechanical code.
