status review (per Tony) Please go out between 10-12 or call Mark at ###-#### (sch mix up on the 4/10/19 with Jim Sly and the original inspection had to be reschedule),, needs permits on trades,, plumbing and electrical,, building also,, created a seperate living space in the back of the house,, no hard surface parking in alley,, also older detached structure with a 1316 !/2 address in the alley has work going on as well,, no access inside but was told it was also sheetrocked,, no inspections on anything,, asked them to obtain permits for work that had been done and removal of wall coverings may be required,, trades permits need to be pulled by contractors due to the owner lives out of state
