Walk site with C. Smith: Reviewed site plan with Walt from McAlvain, not ready to approve the start of de-watering, pipe is connected to the pumps but trench construction is just underway. Reviewed pond #2 and 3, should be adequate volume to handle discharge. Inspector #460 will follow up on Tuesday, Feb. 16th. Reminded Walt that trench needs to be lined not bare soil.
