I stopped at the store and spoke to the manager and later spoke to Josh on the phone about the job status and the need to move forward. Later in the day I also received a phone call from Home Depot corporate in Georgia and spoke to them about the same issue.

Pipe sizing for the new branchline does not match plans or the hydraulic calculations. Also the first pendant head on this new line was not installed as per plan and as a result coverage is lacking at the office wall. Additional access needs to be provided to see all of the piping and hangers that are concealed above the ceiling.
