I witnessed the testing of the two heat detectors on the elevator penthouse, as marked on the plans, and they shunt the two elevators. I witnessed the penthouse smoke detector recall the eelvator to the 1st floor. We then went to the 9th floor and tripped the elevator lobby detector and the elevator did nothing and actually continued to function as normal.. Testing was stopped.
Please call me prior to arrival so we can prepare. State Elevator Inspector will make provisions to allow city to inspect permitted 2 new elevators.
