The work as installed and per the plans appears ok. The issue is an outstanding fire sprinkler permit for the shell/core sprinkler system that has never been finaled. Prior to any cover inspections being given I will need Treasure Valley Fire Protection to schedule an inspection so that any original items can be verified. I spoke to Phoenix Fire and TVFP and the general contractor about this issue.

I stopped at the job site and let the tenant know that a sprinkler analysis will be required. After further discussion with the plan reviewer the column protection will not be required unless the storage height exceeds 15'
