life safety passed. Per Carl Madsen in plan review the fire doors are not required for this occupancy. Also the existing fire alarm system was removed by Alarm Star without a permit. But it appears, from discussion with scott arellano, that the system is not required for this occupancy.

Todays inspection was for the remaining notification device function. All devices tested ok except a horn only was installed where a strobe is shown in a corridor in the Auditorium and there was one non-functional ceiling mounted strobe in the east main lobby restroom of the Gym.
