Suite #108 items needing correction are: sprinkler modifications, sprinkler monitoring, repair exit sign, remove thumbturn deadbolt at exits.

Suite #102 (this tenant in all other spaces) needs : thumbturn deadbolt removed from exterior and interior exits, ceiling tile installed in mechanical room, bent sprinkler head repaired at overhead door, racking permit for racks over 8', exterior door hardware, possible deleting Paint Room door (need plan review approval), provide sprinkler coverage under paint room door, repair insulation at roof deck in Paint Room, Paint Room process needs plan review approval, door sticker at main exit needs provided, sprinkler piping hanger on second floor needs repaired.
