The heads shown to be added/relocated are approved for cover. However I noted that a room in the scope of work (but no actual work being performed) has heads overspaced. This is based on two sets of building plans laying on site which show this room as a Storage Room. The existing pendant heads in this room exceed 130 sq. ft. per head for Ordinary Hazard. Also another pendant head within the building scope of work is 9'-0" off a wall in a light hazard space that exceeds the 800 sq. ft. max.

There are issues with this permit number/job. Per activities this project was inspected on 9/7/18 after being scheduled by Shilo. The onsite underground installer and building contractor state that it hasn't been inspected yet. Per Pat with Biltmore Const. Shilo did not know about the project until January. I let all parties know they need to have the correct inspection/address/activity scheduled so that the proper inspection can be performed. Also concrete for the thrust blocks is running late. No inspection performed.

The short north/south corridor on the west end of the building is also ok to cover with the addition of three new upright heads. These new heads will need to be shown on the as-builts.
