Rough-in passed. Tenting passed. Piping can be covered. Sprinkler protection for the second floor outside storage rooms may need to be modified. As-builts are needed showing the new sidewall coverage under the front entry gables.Rirers are not built yet.

Rough-in passed. Tenting passed. Piping can be covered. Plan mods are needed again because instead of both risers being located on the first floor closet, the first floor is in the first floor closet but the second floor riser has been relocated to the second floor closet. Also heat to the wet piping in the closets has not been addressed. We also spoke about the need for a sprinkler riser monitoring system. Nick Phone #: ###-####

The remaining third floor resident rooms are ok for cover at the deck except for the very end/northwest apartment that needs upright protection modified due to shearing that has been installed. I also noted missing upright protection in the northwest corridor and at the top of both stairs. Also both mechanical shafts, as per previous conversations, will need to be totally sheetrocked.
