I went ahead and tested all the fire alarm devices per the scope of work and they tested/reported fine. For a final sign off I need plan mod showing the change of addresses and the AES dialer instead of the phone lines that are shown on the city approved plans.

Arrived at the project at 7:45am and met contractor but we found that the police department was not there for access. I was unable to come back later in the day due to inspection load and no availability of the fire alarm contractor. No inspection performed.

The only additional canopy that can have the piping covered in the west most/end of system . This canopy is in the walkway between the buildings. The other areas have issues with missing upright coverage and pendants and uprights not being installed as per plan.
