A temporary for life safety is being given with Scott's approval for a maximum of 30 days and only for the moving in of equipment. A final can be given when the project related fire alarm permit is finaled.

After dicussing lack of slope in the FIre Pump Room with Scott Arellano I spoke to the project superintendant about the floor slope issue and that there would be no final sign off on the life safety until the floor had been sloped as per previous discussions.

Four pendant heads as marked on the drawings are ok for cover. I noted that the Fire Pump Room floor has not been sloped except for maybe a 1'-0" circle around the floor drain which is positioned next to the north wall. I spoke to the job superintendant again and deferred him to Scott Arellano.
