An exit sign needs to be added above the interior corridor exit as per the approved plans. I'm also noting that per the previous history of this building that notification devices have been required to be added into the tenant spaces as occupancy permits have been finaled. At this point this permit is not for occupancy therefore the fire alarm will not be an issue.

Rough-in passed for the two story section of the project, this includes first and second floor. The opening made to install the piping can be repaired. Another rough-in inspection will be requried to verify that the existing blow-in insulation has been removed from below the new piping and adequate tenting has been provided over the new piping. This inspection needs to happen before the new blow-in insulation is installed. A partial hydro test was witnessed for this two story area and no loss on the second floor but a visible loss for the first floor. The single level area of the project is not ready for inspection yet.

The remaining piping in the third floor corridor is ok for cover. The rough-in for the Retail area is passed. It appears tha plan mods will be required for the changes in the Breeze Way and the Cover Parking area. These areas are having concealed space uprights being added and the pendants are on flex-heads.These areas can not be covered until approved by plan review and an inspection.
