Todays inspection was for the west end, cpvc piping as marked on the plans. I noted that the pipe sizing does not match in the Resident room as marked on the plans, residential pendants have been installed in the Corridor, pendant heads are overspaced in the Corridor, there are many "shadowed" areas in the Resident Room Restrooms, 2 1/2" cpvc piping has been installed where steel piping is shown, piping is missing earthquake bracing. No tenting has been installed yet.

Provide approved plans and all small documents. Provide resubmittal showing the large storage room on the north side of building (contractor says it is not shown), provide fire extinguishers as discussed, provide correct address, remove all deadbolts and round door knobs on the exterior doors and provide single action hardware lever type, keyed hardware and sticker is ok at main exit. I need verification the existing sprinkler system could be demolished.

Water curtain area piping not installed yet. No small documents on site. Plan modifications are needed to show the additional 90's in the sprinkler mains, branchlines and sprinkler drops of both remote areas. Earthquake bracing model/type installed is not the type used. Earthquake bracing missing or installed in wrong location. Bracing may be exceeding 7' in length. Retaining straps and branchline restraints are missing. The two dry sidewalls show on the plans have been deleted and two pendants installed in their place but are attached to a dry system with no return bends. This dry system piping is not shown on the approved plans. No piping can be covered. I did allow borders to be installed.
