No small documents on site. I noted that one exit discharge light did not function and the other was not installed yet. We discussed CO alarm and occupant load signage. Fire extinguisher and hood suppression inspections are current. Per the contractor there was no change of kitchen equipment or change of hvac equipment.

I left voice message that I was on the way. I went to the school and wandered aroung the corridors but made no contact. I noted the fire alarm panel is in trouble. It appears notification has been bypassed. No inspection performed. I also noted that no sprinkler inspection had been scheduled.

The new parapets have formed combustible concealed spaces as defined by NFPA 13 and need to be addressed as per NFPA 13. Per our conversation they will be filled with non-combustible insulation. This will need to be verified prior to a life safety sign off
