Tenting still needs modified in the bedroom with the soffit, insulation needs to be added at both sides of the two drops in this room to keep blow-in insulation out and heat in. Also the two 1" pipe risers that supply piping in the living room vaulted ceiling have been installed on the outside of the plywood. They have been insulated/tented vertically but when the owner insulates the wall it will effectively block off the transfer of heat. The pipe should be relocated to the inside of the wall and insulation placed behind the piping.

A temp for life safety is being given with Boise Fire approval until the project related fire alarm permit is finaled the exit discharge light is repaired and the fire hydrant issue is addressed.

Per Jason with HC company this inspection was for phase 2 fire alarm work which this permit is titled in the scope of work. No approved plans or small documents were provided for this permit. The plans provided were for phase 1. Permits/inspections were not even scheduled. I noted overspaced devices and the requirement for atleast two additional devices in two Conference rooms. No testing performed.

This life safety inspection was for Phase 2. The phase 2 fire sprinkler and fire alarm work needs to be completed. I noted exit signs missing and one area that needs the exit sign repaired and emergency lighting provided.. Also Jason agreed that an old aluminum door with a deadbolt will be removed.
