The project related fire alarm and fire sprinkler permits need addressed first. Also if all other life safety items are ok a temporary occupancy is ok, per the fire chief, if sprinkler plans have been submitted addressing the rack storage and the anti-freeze valves are locked open. I also noted the fire extinguishers require current inspection tags.

Remove the masking tape from the upright heads in the riser room. Replace the painted head over the facp. Resubmit plans addressing the rack storage which is not allowed per the existing scope of work.

Project is not ready for a final. Still need the fire alarm interconnections tested and the required 24 hour air test performed. Today we finished the rough-in for the remaining system and performed the forward flush which passed.

Alarm, trouble and supervisory signals were tested through the AES but only a single address/building location is set up for the facility which includes multiple buildings and alarm systems. The monitoring company needs to receive specific addresses/locations for each of the reporting fire alarm panels.
