Apparently due to the weather the holes that had been left open for inspection have filled with mud/dirt. The supply piping is not visible. Piping needs to be uncovered and an inspection re-scheduled. Jon Beazer is the contact for the underground RTC. He is hoping for an PM appointment. Thank you for your help.
