Noted that caulking used is a fire block and not a UL listed fire stop. Contractor to insatll correct materials and will reinspect this afternoon. A correction notice was also issued to fire stop all tub drains and plumbing penetrations for new lavs on the 3rd and 4th floors, to maintain the exisiting fire protection.
