email complaining that workers "have blocked off the dirt driveway from the public walkway adjacent to the home, so trucks are no longer driving and parking on the public walkway. But now it''s worse because they are completely blocking the walkway entrance and sidewalk with their trucks backed up, tailgates down, and equipment strewn in front. This walkway is used by elementary school students to walk and bike to and from Pepper Ridge Elementary School."
