Southeast level 1 apartment has 2 heads that are more than 9 foot off of wall, city approved drawings show a maximum of 9 foot off of wall spacing. Inspection stopped on level 1. Looked at level 3 tenting at contractors request, found multiple areas where small amounts of pipe was exposed to attic space as well as BAT insulation resting on plumbing vent pipes provided an area for blow in insulation to compromise pocket between sheetrock and sprinkler piping, areas need corrected before cover can be approved. Grade needs to be maintained from adapter to flexible dry sprinkler as required by manufacturer specs, multiple dry heads had grade going back to adapter. Inspection stopped, a complete re-inspection will need to be performed due too deficiencies found in the first inspected areas on level 1 and 3.

Reviewed plans are not in e-plan, blue prints were a paper print review. Floor plan has minor changes that need to be reflected on the city approved drawings. Provided the GC with the reviewers information for architect submittal. In field conditions are code compliant, city approved drawings need to reflect installed floor plan. 30 day TCO auhtorized for life fire safety, after plans are reviewed, acccepted and show floor plan changes then life fire safety can be finaled, signatures provided on permit sign off card.

Emergency lighting that is installed does not match what was submitted on city approved drawings, approved drawings need to reflect what is installed. Plans need to be corrected in the unoccupied suites, approved plans show emergency lighting in the ceiling grid, no grid is installed. During inspection fire alarm annunciator showed trouble, then trouble cleared, need to verify what caused trouble on fire alarm panel and repair as neccessary. Provide "Fire sprinkler riser room" signage on riser room door as discussed. Grading permit requires a signature for life fire safety, please schedule with next BLD life fire safety inspection. Provide exit sign that is shown on city approved drawings that was not in place at time of inspection.
