Will verify roof top sprinklers on the east side of open ceiling rooms at a later date, 4 more needed to be re-installed per approved plans. Sidewalls from old roll up doors above ceiling grid to be removed, will verify during a later inspection.

Two pendant fire sprinklers are still in place from where a ceiling has been removed, sprinkler heads mentioned need to be removed and plugged, a seperate permit is required for any and all fire sprinkler modifications. Provide annual inspection for fire extinguisher that is in space. Provide a maximum occupancy sign with the correct number of occupants based on city approved documents.
