Provide heads under elevated grated platforms that are missing in areas discussed. Provide head gaurds with baffle in areas that are missing. Correct over spaced heads in areas discussed. Provide heads under boilers and chillers as discussed or provide documentation that is approved by the fire code official allowing the coverage to be deleted. Re-install fire sprinklers under elevated obstructions that was removed for obstruction repair. Re-pipe fire sprinkler heads that are blocked by overehead pipe bracing that obscures spray pattern development. Provide fire sprinkler coverage under obstructions next to roll up doors that exceeds the 48inch measurement.
Submit as-builts to Fire sprinkler Plan Reviewer Tim Frost showing all additions of fire sprinklers and the removal of sway bracing due to Type B soil. Provide fire sprinklers onder combined obstructions in areas as discussed. Verify with general contractor to discuss any other punch list items associated with the walkthorugh from this inspection.
